Castle Rock is home to over one hundred outlet stores, countless specialty boutique and shops in the historic downtown area and plenty of normal shopping centers, strip malls, and super stores like the new Wal-Mart Super Center.

Castle Rock's retail areas include (but are not limited to) the historic Wilcox Square area, The Village Shopping Center, The Plum Creek Center, The Mile-Stone Center, Wal-Mart Super Center (visible from Interstate 25) and of course The Outlets at Castle Rock. A free, handicap-accessible shuttle service is offered and services all of Castle Rock's major shopping areas. The shuttle buses even make stops at area restaurants and lodging facilities in case shopping has made you hungry or tired.
