PGA Golf Tournament 2006: The International
"The International" at Castle Pines Golf Club just outside of Castle Rock is the only PGA Tour event in Colorado. Unlike other professional golf tournaments, "The International" is played under a unique scoring system which awards points for birdies, eagles or better and subtracts for bogeys or worse. This scoring system promises plenty of excitement for golf fans across Colorado and the United States.
With player fields that include some of golf's world's best players as well as some unkown talents from around the world, "The International" has established itself as one of the premiere events on the PGA TOUR and is an important event on the Colorado sports map each year.
