Job Opportunity: Computer Technician opportunity - Castle Rock

TeamExcel is in need of a Computer Technician for a client in Castle
Rock. This is a 3+ month, with possible contract-to-hire, opportunity.

This position is responsible for providing technical support for various
departments. Work involves user support including instruction, use of
PC's, networking, application, peripherals and equipment.
This individual will report directly to the IT Services Manager for
daily schedule, prioritization and scope of work to be performed. The
current estimate is for a period of 3 months.

Experience with Windows 2000 and XP is required. Knowledge of
networking, servers, and TCP/IP is desired. Requires excellent customer
service skills and the ability to follow directions, and identify and
solve problems. We value teamwork and the ability to listen and convey
information to the customer in a plain and common descriptive manner is
important.

Generally an Associates Degree or Vocational/Technical degree with
training emphasis in computer systems; supplemented by three (3) years
previous experience and/or training involving computer networking,
systems and repair is required or an equivalent combination of
education, training or experience.
