New Residential Developments and Neighborhoods in Castle Rock

With the fast growth Castle Rock has seen, new residential developments are all over the place. Almost no part of town where you do not see new model homes to visit and Sunday's newspaper is filled with ads about town homes, apartments, and new houses. Here is a list of the current developments in progress (Spring 2006):

Founders Village / The Meadows / Red Hawk Ridge / Castlewood Ranch
Founders Village and The Meadows are the most established and fastest growing communities in Castle Rock. Both divisions offer parks and swimming pools, and even have an elementary schools right in the neighborhood. "The Meadows" residential area is also home of the Castle Rock Middle School and a soon to be built new high school (scheduled for completion some time in fall of 2006). The Red Hawk Ridge development borders the Town's newest Golf Course - the Red Hawk Golf Course. Castlewood Ranch is conveniently located just east of the Town of Castle Rock off Highway 86 (towards Franktown). Castlewood Ranch offers relaxed rural living with beautiful Rocky Mountain views, rock outcroppings, pine forests and about 135 acres dedicated to open space.

Castle Pines / Castle Pines North / Diamond Ridge Estates
Castle Pines (a secluded, luxury gated community) and Castle Pines North (Castle Pines Village) are on the north end of Castle Rock. The development of Diamond Ridge Estates is located on the north ridge above town and has breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains to offer.

Plum Creek / Bell Mountain Ranch / Crystal Valley Ranch
The Plum Creek development is located on the south end of town, and many of its homes offer views of the Golf and Country Club. One of our newest communities, Crystal Valley Ranch, is under development. Even further south the Bell Mountain Ranch community is located. These are upper-scale homes on acreage lots.

Metzler Ranch / The Woodlands / Escavera
Metzler Ranch, The Woodlands and Escavera are established, but still growing communities in Castle Rock. Each neighborhood is located on a lovely hillside just east of town.
