Since Dream Pastries is first and foremost a bakery, their focus is on their selection of pastries, Danishes and sweets. People love the Cream Puffs and the delectable Fruit Tarts. For lunch, Dream Pastries has a menu similar to that of a French café. They are many choices of fresh and delicious salads, a great soup of the day and a sandwich menu- try Sal’s Special Sandwich. The Quiche at Dream Pastries is especially tasty. For an after lunch treat that is lighter than a flaky pastry, grab some of Dream Pastries’ gelato. Breakfast is also served at Dream Pastries. They serve up an incredible version of the French classic breakfast crepes. For those who cannot resist the classic American breakfast, there is also a version of the breakfast sandwich. This Castle Rock restaurant also bakes all types of bread in house daily. The bread is used for the food served at Dream Pastries, but can also be purchased and taken home. Fresh baked bread is always delicious and here customers can get an abundance of types of bread like focaccia, baguettes, ciabatta and the local favorite, Kaiser Rolls. Some styles of bread are only available on certain days of the week but they can be ordered 48 hours ahead of time if a customer is interested in purchasing them for a specific occasion.
For a custom cake order, call ahead and set up a time to talk to Mrs. Balleydier about the cake. She does cakes for all occasions and has a whole section on her website dedicated just to wedding cakes. All ingredients used at the European style are fresh and natural so the cakes look great and edible- nothing that is edible but looks a little strange to eat. There is a huge selection of types of cakes, frostings and fillings and the staff at Dream Pastries has put together a list of their favorite combinations.
